Rishika Pandey | BID, MBA
Founder & Principal Designer
For Rishika Pandey, design has never simply been a career it has been a lifelong pursuit shaped by creativity, culture, travel, and an instinctive appreciation for how spaces influence the way we live.
Her introduction to the world of design began at just 13 years old, during the construction of her family home in Gurgaon, India. Watching a home take shape from the ground up sparked an early fascination with architecture, interiors, materials, and the countless details that transform a structure into a meaningful place.
That curiosity continued through her education, beginning with Fine Arts in high school and expanding through her time living in Thailand, where exposure to a different culture, architecture, craftsmanship, and approach to design broadened her perspective.
Rishika later moved to Vancouver to formally pursue interior design, earning a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design before completing a master’s degree in Business Management with a focus on marketing. This combination of creative and business education continues to shape the way she approaches both design and the client experience.
After gaining professional experience with residential design firms throughout British Columbia’s Lower Mainland, Rishika founded Rishika Pandey Design (RPD) with a clear vision: to create thoughtful, refined spaces that balance beauty with function while feeling distinctly personal to the people who occupy them.

Simran Uberoi | BID
Junior Designer
Simran Uberoi is a Junior Interior Designer at Rishika Pandey Design, bringing a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the studio’s residential and commercial projects.
With a strong interest in interior architecture, materiality, and creating spaces that balance functionality with visual impact, Simran supports the RPD team throughout the design process—from concept development and space planning to design documentation, material selections, and project coordination.
Her approach is rooted in curiosity, creativity, and an appreciation for the finer details that bring a design together. Working closely alongside the RPD team, Simran continues to develop her design expertise while contributing a fresh perspective to each project.
